Throughout my education, I have been exposed to the most cutting-edge dietary theories to help you find the right combination of food and lifestyle that works best for you.
Many approaches to healthy eating dwell mainly on calories, carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. the old adage of "calories in, calories out" is actually false. Whole body nutrition is based on quality of calories and what your body needs, which is unique, I coach my clients to explore improvements and implement gradual changes during our work together. As these pieces accumulate, my clients find these changes collectively creating a much larger impact than they originally anticipated. We work on what they want to improve within the circumstances of their unique situation.

No one diet works for everyone.
The healthier the body, the less disease it will suffer from. Food is fuel, and you want the highest octane possible. Together we will find the best food combinations that improve your health and wellbeing, along with making gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to be proactive, rather than reactive about your health.

Cravings play a critical role in understanding what your body needs and shouldn’t be ignored. I help teach you how to deconstruct your cravings and to understand what your body is really telling you.


ABOUT ERICA HELLMANN
I began my journey at the young age of 15 as I started bodybuilding, I began learning all about nutrition and eating the right foods for my body. I actually competed as a bodybuilder at the young age of 16! This was long before any franchise supplement stores even existed. Back then, we had no choice but to use whole food. I have continued to spend my life since then educating myself about advanced modern nutrition, proper fuel balance, and the importance of healthy food and how it can best fuel and heal the body.
